Dance Expressions Holiday Schedule

Costume Payments:                         

Oct. 1st - 15th                                     Deposit $60.00 per costume

November 1st                                     Late Fees posted for costume deposits

March 1st                                            Final costume and tight payments due (if any)

June 1st                                              Final payment for alterations and accessories (if any)

**Costumes will not be released to the dancer until all tuition and costume payments are up to date.

Tuition Payments:

We do not bill families for tuition due.  Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  Late fees are posted if not received or postmarked by the 10th of each month.  You may leave your tuition payment at the office or mail your payment (which must be postmarked by the 15th of each month).  You will be responsible for 1/2 of June's tuition, our last month of the dance year, prior to the show.  May's full tuition AND June's 1/2 tuition is due on May 1st.

Cancelled Classes and Missed Lessons:

For any classes cancelled due to power outages, heating issues or the like, students will have the opportunity to join any other class (preferable at the same level or possibly a higher/lower level) in any form of dance of their choice as a make-up class.

Should a holiday and a snow day occur in the same month requiring 2 missed classes for the same class, students may also do a make-up class.

PLEASE--be sure you have the studio policies!  The policies are distributed at the time of registration.  If you do not have a copy, be sure to ask at the office.  Our policies have changed for the 2010-2011 dance year.
